What we offer ...

We specialise in 1/2 hour private lessons for our customers.

This enables us to have a  flexible approach in teaching according to the rider and horse requirements. This is £50 per half hour.

Our more advanced riders are welcome to join us on hacks out around the local countryside.

We charge £70 per hour.

We also offer Wonderful Wednesdays, Thrilling Thursdays and Fantastic Fridays for our younger riders during holidays and half terms for those who wish to have a longer, more fulfilling experience with us, learning about horse care and welfare, field management etc. On these days we usually take the children out on a 1 hour hack out in hand, and relax with a light picnic in the paddock afterwards. These mornings are 2 hours long, and are usually a very small group.  £60 per child for 2 hour session.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Things to note:

All riders MUST have their own riding hat, to the latest safety standards and it should have been professionally fitted. We will check this when you ride with us.

Riding gloves are mandatory too, along with boots or shoes with a smooth sole and block heel.

We require payment in advance to secure your booking, and operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within that time, you will be charged the full lesson fee.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

We are a small family run riding school based on the outskirts of Winchester.

We pride ourselves on our level of customer care, horse care and welfare.

We have 5 horses under our riding school license.

Our ethos is very classical…
“To ride with an ever learning, understanding attitude to help our horses develop more naturally and as a result, far more beautifully”

We teach our customers to ride keeping that ethos in mind, maintaining empathy towards our beautiful equines.
We offer private lessons and hacks to children and adults from beginners to advanced riders.
